1. Delivery Area

ByKenna currently offers shipping exclusively to residential and commercial addresses across the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally at this time, but international delivery options are being considered for future expansion.

2. Products Included

Our shipping policy covers all items available on our website. Each order is professionally packed to protect your items in transit and ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

3. Where We Deliver

Orders are shipped directly to the address provided during checkout. Please note: We do not currently offer delivery to pick-up points, PO boxes, or parcel lockers.

4. Order Deadlines

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UK time), Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders submitted after this cut-off or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Processing Time

Order handling—including confirmation, inspection, and packaging—typically takes 1 to 2 business days before dispatch.

6. Shipping Duration

Once shipped, deliveries typically take 6 to 8 business days to arrive. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During high-demand periods such as sales or seasonal events, slight delays may occur. Total estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days.

7. Shipping Charges

We're proud to offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. There are no additional charges for packaging or handling.

8. Changing Delivery Details

Need to update your delivery address? Contact our team at info@bykenna.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist, but if the order has already been processed, changes may no longer be possible.

9. Failed or Undeliverable Orders

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, ByKenna reserves the right to deduct costs for return shipping and potential re-delivery.

10. Customs & Duties

Because we only ship within the UK, there are no customs fees or import taxes. If we begin offering international shipping in the future, updated policies regarding duties and taxes will be published.
