1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to both residential and commercial addresses across the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, expanding our delivery options globally is under consideration for future updates.

Our shipping policy applies to all items available on bykenna.com. Each product is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
3. Where We Deliver
All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Please ensure that all address details are correct before confirming your order.
Note: Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or collection points. Orders must be sent to a valid residential or commercial address within the United Kingdom.
4. Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday, will be processed the same day.
Orders received after this time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
5. Processing Time
Once your order is received, we typically require 1 to 2 business days to confirm, inspect, and package it before shipping.
6. Shipping Duration
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During peak shopping periods, there may be slight delays.

7. Shipping Fees
We’re delighted to provide complimentary standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
There are no hidden fees for packaging or handling — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
8. Updating Delivery Details
Need to change your delivery address?

If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the shipping details. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
9. Failed or Undeliverable Orders
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, refusal to accept the delivery, or failure to collect it from a pick-up point, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping as well as any applicable re-delivery fees from your refund.
10. Customs and Import Duties
As we currently ship only within the UK, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
If international shipping becomes available, we will update this policy accordingly.
